What we collect
- Your name and email address — only when you choose to submit one of our forms or self-check quizzes to receive our letters or a guide.
- Your consent record — a small marker saved in your browser so we know you agreed to this notice and don’t have to ask again.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address) for security and to keep the site running.
Our health and money self-check quizzes calculate your result inside your own browser. Your quiz answers are not sent to us unless you separately choose to submit your email to receive the matching guide.
Why we use it
We use your name and email for one purpose only: to send you the letters and guide you asked for, and occasional related messages from Solantha Nguyen. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone.
Our lawful basis
